Program description. By providing your mobile phone number to DryEye Rescue Clinic, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from DryEye Rescue Clinic.

Message types. Messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, office notifications, and account notifications. Marketing messages will only be sent if you have separately opted in to receive them.

Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time.

Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving care or services from DryEye Rescue Clinic.

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are requests only. Appointments are not confirmed until our office contacts you to confirm the date and time.
